By accessing or using www.teams.coach (the "Site") or any services offered by Teams.Coach ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Description of Services

Teams.Coach provides executive team coaching, organizational alignment consulting, keynote speaking, and related leadership development services. The Site also offers a Free Team Diagnostic assessment, educational content, and the ability to schedule strategy sessions or keynote inquiries. Services are provided by Michael King and the Teams.Coach team.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Teams.Coach or any third party.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems or networks.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of Teams.Coach or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

5. Team Diagnostic Assessment

The Free Team Diagnostic is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results are based on your self-reported responses and are intended to provide a general indication of team health across five dimensions. They do not constitute professional organizational consulting, psychological assessment, or legal advice. Teams.Coach makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the diagnostic results.

6. Coaching and Consulting Engagements

Formal coaching and consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements between Teams.Coach and the client organization. These Terms of Service do not constitute a service agreement and do not create any obligation on the part of Teams.Coach to provide paid services. All engagements are subject to availability, mutual agreement, and execution of a formal contract.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Teams.Coach does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teams.Coach and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Calendly, Mailchimp, and our WordPress blog. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
